However, as a valued partner and to establish our working relationship, I'm offering you our Premium Package rate of $2/sqft — plus an additional friends & family discount.

Long-Term Partnership: For your ongoing investment property portfolio, I'm recommending our 25+ Home Annual Retainer Package. This provides significant cost savings, priority scheduling, and eliminates all management fees on furniture procurement.
